Refund policy

At Vickycart, we stand behind every product and make returns as simple as possible. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Once approved, refunds are issued within 4–5 business days.


To be eligible for a return, please:


- Record a brief unboxing video before opening the package—your smartphone’s default video quality is fine—and send it along with clear photos of the product from all angles. You can upload the video via a Google Drive link or WhatsApp it directly to our support number.

- Return items unused, in their original packaging, with all included accessories.


Please note that minor color, texture, or size variations due to lighting or photography are not considered defects. For hygiene and safety reasons, kid’s earrings and other pre-sealed items are non-returnable.


For approved returns, Vickycart covers return shipping costs for defective or mis-shipped items. If you change your mind, a restocking fee applies and you will need to arrange and pay for return shipping. Once we receive and inspect your return, you will either receive a replacement (if available) or a full refund to your original payment method within 4–5 days.
